What this is, and what it isn't. This is an educational self-report screener — not a diagnosis. The items are modelled on the kinds of questions used in instruments such as the ASRS (ADHD), the OCI-R (OCD) and the AQ (autism), but this is not any of those validated scales and has not been scientifically normed. Only a clinical psychologist (RCI-registered) or a psychiatrist can diagnose these conditions, and they do it with a full interview, a developmental history and other tests — never a questionnaire alone. High scores can also come from anxiety, depression, trauma, poor sleep, thyroid problems, burnout or substance use.
Ground rules — 30 seconds

Answer all 72 statements; the report is only meaningful when complete. Go with your first instinct rather than overthinking individual items. Answer for you, not for how you think others see you. You can go back and change any answer before you generate the report.
